Marvin Goldstein is President and Chief Executive Officer of Building Inspection Service (BISCO). A building inspector for decades, Marv brings deep technical expertise and seasoned leadership to the firm. Throughout his career, he has been influential in advising the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on public housing policy and strategic initiatives, helping shape standards that impact communities nationwide. Under Marv’s leadership, BISCO has worked extensively with private clients as well as public and federal agencies, earning a reputation for integrity, rigor, and reliability. His experience and vision continue to guide BISCO's mission and long-term growth.

Marilyn Lowenberg serves as an Officer of Building Inspection Service (BISCO), where she plays a key role in strategic direction and personnel management. With a professional background spanning both education and finance, Marilyn brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to organizational leadership. Her experience as a teacher informs her clear communication style and mentorship mindset, while her financial background supports sound decision-making and operational oversight. Ken Lowenberg

Ken Lowenberg

Ken Lowenberg serves as Treasurer of BISCO, bringing decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, communications, and organizational strategy. He is the co-founder of The Talk About It Company, an education and awareness organization that produces high-impact multimedia content for health and advocacy communities nationwide. Ken has held senior roles at national nonprofits, overseeing budgeting, operations, and large-scale initiatives, and has extensive experience working with boards, auditors, and finance committees. Known for his thoughtful stewardship and mission-driven approach, Ken is committed to transparency, fiscal responsibility, and ensuring BISCO's resources are aligned with its long-term vision and impact.

Michael Simmons

Michael Simmons

Michael Simmons is a founding partner of AXIS Appraisal Management Solutions, a nationwide appraisal management company, and has over 40 years in the real estate industry. His experience as a real estate agent, veteran mortgage broker, and a multi-branch manager for a national mortgage banker, gives him a unique lens into shaping BISCO's commitment to relationship-based and service-oriented inspection services.

Frank R. Blake, Senior Advisor to BISCO

Franklin S. Reeder

During a long and distinguished career in public service, Frank served variously as Deputy Director of House Information Systems, the technology support arm of the U.S. House of Representatives, Assistant Director for Management at the U.S. Office of Management, and Director of the Office of Administration in the Executive Office of the President. He has also served as Chair of the Information Security and Privacy Advisory Committee, a statutory Federal advisory committee, and as the U.S. delegate to and Chair of the OECD's Public Management Committee. He is a director and founding board chair of the Center for Internet Security and a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.
